Returns were pretty straightforward for me, I sent back a wallet that was smaller than I thought. Just make sure to read their policy on the website, I think you have a certain number of days after receiving it.

I haven't returned anything but I remember seeing they do accept returns for like, 30 days after delivery. You probably have to pay for shipping it back though, so keep that in mind.
